Here is information to help guide you through some of the logistical details as they pertain to COLLABORATE 20 — OATUG Forum.

  • Freeman: If you’ve ordered anything for your booth through Freeman, for the most part everyone will be receiving 100% refunds. The point of contact for your company listed with Freeman has been contacted should there be any questions or concerns.
  • Shipping: Please do not ship anything to the Advance Warehouse, Show Site, or Opportunity Village (our bag stuffing team). We will share the information for shipping to our future events as soon as we have it.
  • Hotel: All hotel reservations, if made within the block, were cancelled automatically. Refunds are in process and should take 4-5 business days to reflect on your statements.
  • Other Vendor Orders: Where possible, all our vendors are issuing refunds in full. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

It’s been said several times, but bears repeating – thank you for your patience and support. These are uncharted and trying times for us all, and we appreciate you now more than ever! Please reach out to Liz if we can be of further assistance.
